The Story:
Wanna know a secret? I don't like crawfish boils. Something about the mess, the salt and pepper that gets into every crack and burns like fire, and all the work it takes for one little bite. Oh, I don't mind eating them if someone's peeled them for me. Or, you know, put it in a fettucini. For Christmas 2023, I got a wild hair and decided to make a crawfish ornament. It was labor intensive, meticulous work to paint all those little crustaceans curled into each other, but I did love the way it looked. I gifted the ornament to a lovely collector, but couldn't get all those stunning red tones out of my mind. So I got out my tiniest paintbrushes and my watercolor paints and got to work. Take home a print in any size, and it can be crawfish season at your house all year round.
Fine art print. Made with thick, archival, acid-free paper and fade-resistant pigment inks. The print's finish is matte and borderless.
Each print is made to order and hand signed. Frame is not included. Shipped to your door or pick up locally in Brusly, LA.
Sizes larger than 12x15" are produced "out-of-house" by professional printing service. Your print will ship directly to you from their warehouse. Their turnaround to create and ship is roughly a week after the order is placed.
